Hi BP!  just started listening to Brandon's podcasts and have a question..  I am an experienced rental property investor and I live in Kansas City now (moved from Oshkosh, WI).  I sold my properties in WI and looking to rebuild portfolio here in KC.

I am looking for out of state partners that would like boots on the ground here in the KC area.  We are booming here and lots of good deals to be had.  I just closed on my first property a couple of weeks ago.

Where is a good place to post about looking for out of state partners that want an experienced partner?

Thanks!
