Rceent Colleague Request Changes

Folks,

Want to register an opinion on recent changes to the colleague requests...

There is no longer a direct prompt for an introductory message to accompany a colleague request.

You may want to rethink that.

Now, when a get a colleague request, I must first explore the requestor's profile to see if I want to accept it. Previously, I based a good piece of that judgement on whether or not they included a message.

Please consider restoring the previous behavior.
