Suggestion for Biggerpockets Tools

I have a suggestion for a new biggerpockets tool. I am frequently trying to "guess" how much of a balance would be left on a fully amortized loan if the mortgagor never paid anything towards principal and never missed payments. It would be nice if BP could design a mortgage balance calculator where you enter:

1) date the mortgage was recorded at the registry

2) amount paid for the property

3) amount of the mortgage loan

4) a guess of what mortgagor's interest rate was for that loan ( i believe there is a database of historic interest rates )

5) today's date

With all that information calculate a possible balance for today's date.

This would help me figure out how much equity is in the property and if the deal is worth pursuing.
