Podcast listeners HELP!!!

I'm trying to find a podcast with a former police officer that got his department to invest with him and get him started.  I have a friend that I've been trying to motivate in the RE direction for years and he is currently a LEO.  He's well known and liked throughout his department and I think hearing what the guy on the podcast did might be enough of a push for him.  I'm only involving myself because he wants to invest so badly he's looking into buying a "restaurant?"...Really?   I guess either I haven't made a solid enough case for RE, or he filters what I'm saying in the same fashion that my wife does, lol.  Thanks BP!!
