unable to use @ in posting

The @ symbol has stopped working for me. This is recent and used to work. I used to type in the @ symbol and then the beginning letters of the person I wanted to tag.

I've also used the @? in existing posts to tag a person that responded in that post. That works sporadically.

I use Mac, Windows 7, and Surface Pro at any given time during the day.

Any ideas?

Hey @Federico Gutierrez for now, you can't @ mention someone you are not colleagues with unless they have commented previously on the post.
