Just a little concerned that is all. Waiting 23 min past 5 pm. BTW, I am looking for private lenders where the property, not the investor "me" qualifies for the loan. Also, have any of you seen negative impacts on your house/rental when a major employer has a large lay off in the area? I am focusing on bellingham Washington and a employer is laying off 450 workers. This may not have to much a impact as Bellinghams population is 82,000.
