I figured out how to add Biggerpockets forum to my My Yahoo page and igoogle. Now I can get a snap shot of what's happening in here.

One other cool thing... I learned to add &fmt=18 to the end of any youtube video and it will help the quality. Try erasing it from the end to see the difference.
