I'm going to through it out there.  I was supper excited to see todays podcast about getting started in appartments. When I saw the title I thought, could it be, are they bringing @Ben Leybovich back for a three-peat?  While I did enjoy hearing Jeff Greenbergs story, I cried a little with disappointment that it was not our friend Ben.  

So I'm calling you out @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin.  Bring Back Ben!  Put Ben up there with other great trio's like Back to the Future!
