Posting as an Agent

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I have recently started posting more frequently on the Bigger Pockets forums, but had a concern about posting as I am a licensed real estate professional. As a licensed agent I always have to be careful with my words and make sure not to make representations or say anything that could be misconstrued as legal advice, but with posting things online in writing that becomes even trickier.

The signature block on the forums doesn't have enough room for a true legal disclaimer and shy of putting one at the end of each of my posts I'm not sure what the best way to handle this is.

Has anyone else considered this? If so what solutions were you able to come up with?

Best,

Zachary S. Harrell
