Auto-Follow Discussions after Posting

So, it happens quite frequently when I will post a response in a thread, then I forget to click the button to "Follow" the discussion. I know on SeekingAlpha, when I post a comment to an article, I am automatically notified of all new comments on that article (you can unfollow whenever you want). Is there a way on BP to make it so I automatically follow a discussion after posting on it?

@Joshua Dorkin Thanks for the reply Josh. 

Hmmm, you could have it both ways if it was a checkbox you could opt-in once in Settings. Have it initially unchecked, but if people want it, they can check the box in the Settings page and it will auto-follow any threads they reply to. I'm not sure if this would create a tech headache or not, just a thought.

Btw, the last podcast was phenomenal!
