Hello BP Nation,

I've been binge listening to the BP podcast. It's my new Netflix (move over House of Cards!). The problem is.... the various podcasts are starting to blend together. In one podcast there was a guy who mentioned that he has an absurdly long lease that he uses. He also mentioned that he shows his tenants how to do basic repairs. Can someone help me pinpoint which of the 70+ podcasts this came from? I suspect its sometime after episode 30. I ask because my investing strategy is buy and hold and I'd love to get a hold of that guy's lease!
