What is your REAL, Core Challenge Heading into 2024?
I'm curious about what investor's true challenges are today in the context of the market. Are folks feeling good, bad, or ugly about things heading into 2024? Are you just saving up and getting ready to keep buying? Are you scrambling to protect cash flow, perhaps on AirBnB or other short-term rental investments? Are you worried about prices changing and either selling or waiting?
And, bonus - what can BiggerPockets do to help with these problems? Any workshops, webinars, podcasts, or tools that we can provide to help you?
I'm worried about the cash flow of my existing portfolio + know I need to improve my management/operations
I'm ready to invest, but can't find any deals that provides positive cash flow in my market
I am fearful of the 2024 market, and am waiting for a correction/more information in 2024
