At BiggerPockets, we are always looking for ways to solve our community of investors' problems. In the current economic climate, it is no secret that is has not been easy to find a home run investment deal. We are looking for ideas on our upcoming Webinars to provide our community with the educational resources they need to close on their first or next investment. 

Below are some ideas we have considered for the end of the year and the beginning of 2024. 
Which topic or topics are most interesting, what do you want to learn, who do you want to learn it from, and are there other topics we should consider?

I would love a webinar on the subject of How to Find Off-Market Deals (covering mailers, lead generation websites, how and where to buy lists, distressed sellers, etc.)
