"VOTE" button?

Sorta new here.....what is the "VOTE" button for? I accidentally clicked it on someone else's post and I don't know how to undo that, let alone what it is even for? HELP?

Hey @Holly Baldwin it just means "yeah!" or "I agree" or "Smart fella" or something similar. Next to a person's post, below their photo, it shows how many votes they have total. You have 3 now! (I just voted for your post.) It's nothing big or formal, just a way to show someone you appreciate their post. And as far as I know, there is no way to "unvote" yet :)
