Hey BP friends!

I am looking for a contractor that will work in Beaver County, PA. In particular I have a full rehab of a recently acquired rental in Freedom, PA.

I had a guy lined up that had some legal issues come up so I will not be using him. I have gotten in touch with like 6 other guys so far. 1 was going to bid about 2.5-3x what my original guy was going to be at. Of the other 5 only 1 had gotten back to me (that actually seems about right...).

Anyway figured I should reach out to the community to see if anyone has guys that are used to working with investors to do rental level rehabs.

Even for a rental level project I am expecting to pay $20K even with a good bid.

Thanks guys!!!!
