Adu non attached in San Bernardino county

Looking for a contractor to build an adu on my property…. Property is just under 5 acres so not able to subdivide as I’m in the rural living zone. Just wanted to see if anyone knows a reliable contractor or contractors. That way I can start a list on all the quotes I get. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

If any contractors see this the dwelling cannot be more than 1200 sf and I do have utilities close to where I would like to put it. Thanks again everyone.
