I recently purchased my first rental in Austell and am now looking for another property to purchase that requires a lot more renovation, and I need a trusted GC who can bid out the work and stay on schedule once work commences.

I have been in contact with a few GCs so far but wanted to look for a referral in Biggerpockets.

Areas that I am looking to invest in; Austell, Powder Springs, Smyrna, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Marietta to name a few.

Paragon Construction - used for personal residence but would recommend for rentals as well.  They typically do insurance-related work but also do a fair amount or reno/remodels.  Pricing very fair.
