Does anyone use their own contracts with Contrators?
I have found some general agreements for work between a Homeowner and a General Contrator.
I am having getting bids for an expensive septic tank replacement and the bids don't have much of the legal language I see with the contracts online.
Do you recommend I ask contractors to sign my contracts?
How receptive will contractors be to this request?
