Looking for a swimming pool sub-contractor in Central Florida...

My father has been quoted something like 60k for a 15 x 30 foot pool 6 ft deep with a waterfall for his new home in Ocala. Is this normal? Does anyone know a sub-contractor that can do it for a more reasonable price? Please help!!
