I am looking to start in my real estate investing career and am interested in flipping a few houses to get some experience and build some capital to buy and hold. I would love any recommendations on reasonable markets to do this in. I am based in Miami, Fl but am willing to invest out of state. With purchase price and rehab costs below 200k. Any advise would be useful. Thanks!!

My father has been quoted something like 60k for a 15 x 30 foot pool 6 ft deep with a waterfall for his new home in Ocala. Is this normal? Does anyone know a sub-contractor that can do it for a more reasonable price? Please help!!

I’m looking for a sub contractor based in Miami that can evaluate/estimate repairs on an outdoor gazebo in a private residence. I load bearing column has been cracking as well as the countertop which has the outdoor grill, small fridge and sink. It’s made of concrete, brick and tile and needs to be repaired before a sale. Please, somebody help me with a recommendation!!!
