Need a contractor recommendation - Mason City Illinois

I'm looking for a good contractor in Mason City Illinois. I have a manufactured SFR home there that I had rehabbed and have been trying to sell. After having 2 offers fall through, I asked the realtor what was the issue. He said, "Some of the texturing on the living/dining room ceiling has fallen. Unsure if it has gotten wet or exactly what the issue was/is. " I had already had this property completely rehabbed. So don't want to spend a ton.

I reached out to 2 contractors that the realtor recommended and the first kept promising to go look but never did and then stopped returning my phone calls / emails.  The second has not returned phone calls, emails, or contacting them on their website. 

Anyone know of any good contractors in the Mason City, IL area?
