Traditional Self Storage Development: Duration and Soil Condition
What has been your experience with ground up development in terms of timeline?
Also, if the land you're looking at is forested then what are the pitfalls to look for (I guess roots need to be removed and not just trees). Forested land will be more softer or more firmer?
