My tenant sent my PM a list of repairs that are needed. I asked what the most important items to the tenant are in order to keep them happy. Below are those items:

1) Stove eyes

2) Chimney top

3) Bathroom knobs & toilets fixed (toilets in both bathrooms)

4) Threshold in between hall and Living room

I'm looking for a couple quotes / estimates for this work.
