Handy man left me hanging on Bathroom Reno

I thought the handy man was legit but wasn’t. He started my bathroom remodel but didn’t finish. He told me he has other jobs to complete. He DEMO it already and put up partial drywall but that’s it. Bathroom is really small too. Any suggestion??

Scott I learned my lesson he just called me to say he is on way I just want it finished it may not be perfect but I am probably gonna need touch on on this bathroom. I want the shower up and hopefully I can hired a legit contractor. I only paid him half I believe he have a problem. I met him at Home Depot that’s what so crazy.
