Hi Olga, is your company open to working with newbie investors who focus on buy and hold properties and not flips? I only ask because I would be an out of state investor looking in the cook county area (zip code: 60636). I have only visited Chicago a couple times, but I know there are properties out there that can be updated, the only concern I have would be locating tenants who want to live there since Chicago has a stigma about it especially as you move away from the downtown area. If buy and holds aren't your focus I completely understand.
Thanks any feedback or advice would be much appreciated pertaining to the Chicago area.
