I'm looking to invest in the Newnan ga area & im tying to put my core 4 team together agent lender contractor & property manager . The plan I have this year 2020 is to purchase property in the Newnan area using the BRRRR method , I plan to purchase a minimum of 2 properties this year with the help of a great team if anyone knows any great contractors, Property Managers, Agents, Lenders , & wholesalers that are highly recommended that would be a great help thanks in advance .
