Categorizing Repair Jobs

I am trying to create a Property Request Sheet for buyers and I want to see the types of repair jobs they prefer. I want to classify them by levels such as very easy, easy, moderate, difficult, and very difficult just as a general rule of thumb. I guess I could also base it off of the budget. What do you guys think?
