affordable contractors in toledo ohio

Brandon Criner
Posted
I'll start by saying I have definitely put in as much effort on my own as I can, before asking for help! However, I am having a difficult time finding contractors that will show up. I've been hunting thumbtack, craigslist and word of mouth for nearly 2 months and most never return a call or text. The 2 bids I have gotten so far for doing basic drywall have been $20k to $25k for a 2800 sq ft. house. I've heard labor rates are significantly lower in ohio compared to California... Where are most people locating workers and does anyone have anybody available in the Toledo area? Thanks BP for any insight.

    @Brandon Criner

    I invest in Toledo, and local to the area as well. I have a couple of contractors I work with, but I'm also in search of a day to day periodic maintenance person, and my search has been much like yours. if you have a specific project, which it sounds like you do, PM me and I'll give you my contacts.
