Clay tile roof. Lift & replace. Is $730/square a good price?
Hello,
I got quoted $730/square on a 2000sqft roof for a clay tile lift & replace. The tiles are in great condition. None broken. No leaks yet, but underlayment is old. I want to replace it before leaks. Is this a good price? Quote is around $17,000 for 2000 sqft (24 squares with roof pitch), making it $730/square. Is this fair? Or am I overpaying? (I am in California)
