Repair estimate spreadsheet.

I have a spreadsheet I downloaded off a wholesaling group I am in. I want to be as accurate as possible on my repair prices. If a contractor or someone who knows a lot about repairing houses and prices could look over it, it would me VERY much appreciated. I am in Mobile, Alabama. Im sure location takes part in pricing.
