New to wholesaling. I know the basic steps and now I'm just curious about a few details.

How to get seller to understand and be okay with never seeing you?I know this is asked a million times so skip if you want, I have a few answers already just curious.

How to estimate repairs over phone? I know some will say to get pictures. How can I convince seller to take and send decent pictures themselves? What other ways to you guys get pictures?

I also know very little about construction and numbers so how can I overcome that as well?

I'm located in Mobile, Alabama for anyone looking to connect. Thank you so much for those who give advice and knowledge.

@Greg Dickerson thanks for the advice. I'm working on finding local groups at the moment and for buyers I only have a couple. I figured out the hot zip codes where there have been sales and people have %100 equity so pretty much cash buyers. I have the list of all of them, but I still have to skip trace them and get some kind of contact information. Thanks for replying!

I have become obsessed with the desire to get into Real Estate , Wholesaling in particular for starters. I've done lots of research, listened to plenty of youtube videos and podcast. I hand wrote 100 letters and spoke to a few sellers, and didn't really get anything but a little action speaking to people and actually making moves, it was very exciting.

I would really love to build a relationship with someone who does Real Estate local. I am from Mobile Al and would love to have lunch with someone who can give advice or guidance a Mentor. I consider myself a hard worker and very coachable your time will not be in vein. I have made it a life mission to be financially free and to help others using Real Estate. I'd really like for the both of us to benefit from the relationship, I'd prefer it that way honestly. I am open to ideas on how we can make that happen. Thank you all in advance!

I have recently got into wholesaling as a part time. I am looking for a real estate agent who is in Alabama, I am in mobile. I would like to network with them and get help with finding comps on the MLS in return I will work with whatever way I can benefit them. I would definitely prefer the relationship to be a mutual benefit. Thanks to all!
