Handyman needed in Los Angeles Area

Hi all,

I am in the transition of running my rental property and will be needing an on-call handyman. I originally was going to have a friend of mine that is a contractor do it, but he's simply too busy. Does anyone have any recommendations on a handyman that is reliable, efficient and prompt? The rental property is located in the Los Angeles Area near Hollywood.
