Looking for a general contractor - Albany/Troy NY region

We've taken over two buildings in Albany, NY and Troy, NY which need to be rehabbed.  One needs asbestos mediation the other just rehab.  Anyone know of some companies than can handle these two jobs?  The Albany building is 3 stories the Troy building is 4.
