Hoping to get some answers on how much to plan for these items to cost:

- Closing cost - title policy

- Property Inspection per unit

- Lead paint inspection per unit

All properties would be located in Columbus, OH, multi families of 50+ units and B to C Class properties.

Any help or referrals to where I can get these answers would be great. THANKS!!

Looking for a real estate attorney that works within the Columbus, OH area. My group and I invest in multi families of 45+ units. We are finalizing our team with PMs, brokers, GCs and asset managers and still need an attorney. We are submitting our 1st LOI and would like to have an attorney during this process and moving forward.

I am from Southern California but one of the markets I plan to invest in is Columbus, Ohio. I'm planning on going there the 2nd week of February and need to plan out some tours and meetings so I make the most out of my trip.
