In need of a reliable general contractor
Hi All,
I'm looking to finish a basement. In short, I'm wanting to add another bdrm and full bath. Does anyone know of a reliable contractor that does work in Herriman, UT?
I've tried finding one on my own. I've had 2 show up out of about the 12 I have called. Out of the two that showed, one actually sent over a bid. Kinda crazy. I'm guessing it's because it is their busy season.

Go to the nearest Home Depot or Lowes 15 minutes before they open. Wait and see which contractors show up over the course of the next hour or so, those are the ones you want to talk to. Even if they are tapped out personally, as you say it's their busy season, they can probably point you in the right direction. Try to get at least 5 cards, more if you can.
Bring a friend to sit with you so you're not alone, just to be safe.
