BP - Any Delco investors/contractors work in Aldan boro before? How difficult is pulling of permits? I have heard stories that it is very difficult to rehab a home in that section of Delco. Some GC/contractors will not work there due to the boro requiring all contractors having workmans comp???

I appreciate the help.
