Hey BP,

I potential have a really good deal on a buy and hold property in the Flatlands section of brooklyn, NY. The house is a 2 unit building build in the 1920's and roughly about 1300 Sqft ( I know very small ) . The property as been vacant for some time and is going to need a renovation from the basement to the roof. So I am reaching to GS's in the area who are a open book, reliable and has completed a renovation in the last 12 months. In addition to that if you can refer somebody that would be great that works..

This GS would have to be insured, licensed and within good standing with Dept of Licensing.  Meaning Licensed under GC and not carpenter.

Thanks in Advance

Cheers!
