Flooring in Low Income Housing

I have a couple lower income houses. Carpet seems like a losing proposition. I have heard good things on vinyl plank

Questions:

1. How does glue down keep up? Do corners come unglued easily?

2. Do people prefer glue down or click? What do you pay for install of either?

3. Does anyone use the rolls of vinyl? thoughts?

Any insight appreciated.

@Steven Segal - We have hardwood for all our rentals so can't help you with the vinyl plank question.   If your rental is on a slab, have you considered stained concrete?  We used that on our personal home in Memphis (not quite as warm as Florida!) and have loved it.  Durable, easy to clean and relatively inexpensive - especially if you do it yourself. :)   Just another thought.

Best of luck!
