Hello Investors!

We have a 32-plex in Pine Bluff near the univ of Arkansas that we are about to begin rehabbing.

We are currently out of state and plan to visit once in 3 weeks.

In the meanwhile we wanted to know if you guys know of someone who can visit the property once in 2-3 weeks and do an inspection/recording of the contractors progress. We will be happy to pay them for each visit if they can record progress with pictures and as many notes as possible.

Let us know if you can connect us with someone in the area who would be willing to do this :)

Thanks!

Pragya Singh You trust that much your contractor? it is a big spend and I would recommend at a minimum once a week, unless you want the contractor to do it one room a week or 6 months, the inspection requirement needs to be more frequent, just a thought.
