Contractor Recommendation in Cincinnati Ohio

I am looking at a very old 5-unit building in Lebanon, Oh (35 min north of Cincy). The rehab costs are going to be extensive, so I want to get at least 2 quotes from local, reputable contractors. I would greatly appreciate any referrals.
