General Contractor in Inland Empire

Hello all,

I wanted to tap into the BP community for the Inland Empire. The search for a good General Contractor has ended, I have blown through two and I am on to find a great one. I am looking to update and permit some square footage that is already existing, but needs to be up to code to show on tax for the property to increase value. If anyone can help with a great contractor that could help with this problem in this area, it would be great!

Looking to perform the BRRR strategy on this property !

Thank you!

There might be many in the Santa Ana area but most of then don't do the A&E which is what you need. What happened to the last two? Kind of hard to find a GC that can piece together A&E and do the work AND has time for you. Everyone I know has work weeks if not months away.
