Looking For Contractors Experienced With Renovations in Detroit

Hi, I am looking for contractors with experience renovating homes in Detroit.  My investor group has identified a property in the East English Village neighborhood and we are in talks with the listing agent to close.  The property is a 3 bed 1.5 bath and looks like it needs mostly cosmetic work other than a renovation of the kitchen.  I own several homes in the Detroit market but this would be my first flip.

I am looking for contractors who are available ASAP to do a walk through and provide a renovation bid for the property.

Please get in touch with your level of experience, any past work in Detroit, and any questions you have.
