Greenville / Spartanburg Contractor Recommendations - All Trades

Greetings! I'm a General Building as well as specialty trade contractor and developer in CA & Texas. I'm venturing into the Greenville & Spartanburg areas of South Carolina to do some investing. I'm looking at all aspects from land acquisition through buildout of residential construction, including multi-unit Apts. I'm starting to make a few local contacts, but would appreciate any contractor recommendations for ANY and ALL TRADES for doing buy and hold rehab/remodel work to new construction. Would really appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance! -- Rob
