Looking for contractors in the Everett WA area

I am a new investor looking for a good general contractor, electrician and plumber to work with in the next six months on some RE investment projects. Prefer to use someone that is referred to me from someone that has actually worked with them (versus just heard about them second hand) and has been pleased with the completed work. I am particularly interested in a GC with excellent communication skills and work ethic. Anyone know of such a person/persons?
