Good morning, I am curently brand new within the real estate game but intend to purchase my first fix and flip by the end of the year!!! Looking to build an arsenal of local contacts and local business to use in the future. I need: contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc Also: affordable shops for materials! Must be: reliable, flexible, and affordable! In the Charlotte, Belmont, Gastonia, Mount Holly, Huntersville, Mecklenburg, Gaston county, North Carolina areas! Thanks for looking!

Hi Veronica.

That's awesome that you have your goal set.  If you haven't already you should join one or both of the local REIAs.  I have found a lot of great contacts since I joined a few months ago.

Local REIAs
www.MetrolinaREIA.org
www.CharlotteREIA.com

Also Metrolina REIA is having a Vendor Expo on August 20th from 6-9:30pm.  That will be a great place to get all of the information you require on your list.

Warm Regards,
Letron
