Can anyone recommend a good rent-ready contractor in Rock County Wisconsin, specifically Janesville & Beloit area? By good I mean, dependable, has a crew of at least 3-5 people, and charges $20-$25/hr? I don't need someone will a very skilled labor force, just able to do cosmetic updates to rental properties.
