Looking for a Reputed Building Inspector New York Dutchess County

Hi I am planing to buy a home in Cold Springs \ Beacon are in Dutchess County New York. I am looking for recommendations of a reputable building inspector that can help me verify the condition of prospective homes. My hope is that the same contractor can inspect not only building safety and structural soundness but also perform lead paint checks, termite check etc. 

Please suggest somebody that is trustworthy and does a good job.
