Hi, 

I am in the process of closing on a single family home in Dutchess county NY. My home inspection revealed that there may be some friable-type asbestos material. I want to get it looked at by a specialist and potentially re-mediated.

Can somebody recommend please a company they have worked with in the past that has done a really good job. I am looking for quality rather than price.

Hi I am planing to buy a home in Cold Springs \ Beacon are in Dutchess County New York. I am looking for recommendations of a reputable building inspector that can help me verify the condition of prospective homes. My hope is that the same contractor can inspect not only building safety and structural soundness but also perform lead paint checks, termite check etc. 

Please suggest somebody that is trustworthy and does a good job.
