Looking for Builders in St. Petersburg FL

Hi Everyone!

I have a client who is interested in purchasing a six unit apartment complex in Old Northeast. The property consists of one 4 unit ground level structure and a second detached two level structure with one unit upstairs and one downstairs. 

His vision is to either tear down or gut the two story building and convert it to a three bedroom residence for his family, possibly adding a floor depending on zoning and budget. He's also interested in upgrading the rental units and merging two of them into one larger unit. 

To be clear we are very much in the preliminary phase of this project but I'm hoping that someone could connect me with a builder who might be able to ballpark the cost and timeline.
