Looking for a Handyman/Contractor in St. Paul, MN

We need to have a skylight removed in our home in St. Paul, MN.  We are looking for someone who can handle the removal, re-roofing, insulating, and sheet rocking.  We have a problem with too much moisture in our home and the condensation build up in the winter is rotting the skylights wooden frame.  If you have a solution for rotting wood frame we would love to hear it.  We think the best thing to do at this point is remove it entirely and figure out a solution for the humidity.  Thanks
